Думаю дальнейшая переписка с Дестроном не имеет смысла. Поэтому с Асдой раз и навсегда покончено. Начинать заново с нуля я больше не хочу.

In checking our logs, you no longer have all the items you received from the hackers, so it is impossible to just remove them and unban you. Additionally, it becomes pretty obvious when you receive over 160 scrolls (which everyone who's been around a while knows by now is not even possible to receive in the game) and pay very little for them.
We apologize, but while you may not have been the hacker, we cannot simply unban you due to how deep your trades go and the fact you are missing many of the items you received.

Scrolls are obtainable from fishing, however at an extremely low rate. It is very common knowledge in the game that it is impossible to receive that many scrolls. We simply cannot believe that you thought these scrolls were legitimate, and that after so much talk about it in game you didn't report it to us.
I also suggest reading the terms of use, which describe that refunds will not be issued in the account of a ban. The money you have used at GamesCampus is not a donation, but a purchase. Here, I will outline the important parts of the ToS pertaining to your situation:
5. Consequences of Violating the OnNet Code of Conduct.
OnNet, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to take whatever action it deems necessary to preserve the integrity of GamesCampus and the Service. Violation of any of the terms and conditions set forth above may result in actions being taken by OnNet, effective immediately or at a time determined by OnNet, which may include, but not be limited to the following:

Из всего этого я понял, что они до сих пор не знают, откуда такое количество свитков, и кто их начитил.

Не верить ваше право, но я ещё раз повторяюсь игру не ломал. Если вы не верите и дальше бана дело не продвигается давайте решать по другомуб через суд, деньги воженые в проэкт дарить вам не собираюсь
